Population: I have provided services for over 17 years to individuals, families,

adolescents, and children from all walks of life. 

Modalities: Mindfulness based approached, Strength based, Cultural

awareness and Compassion focused therapy. My approach is to not only meet

you where you are at this time with no judgments, but to also provide you with

tools to aide in your healing.

Fun Fact about Tachelle: Tachelle loves to spend time with her family,

attending her youngest son’s sporting events, reading, adult coloring and

traveling.
