Modalities: Everyone is different and therefore I don’t limit myself to a single modality. My initial approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic theory.
Fun Fact: I have 5 siblings/step-siblings and between them 16 nieces and nephews, all but 3 of which are under 10. As you can imagine holidays get a bit chaotic and I can certainly empathize with shifting and sometimes challenging family dynamics.
